Looking out from my apartment window this morning around 6.30am when severe dust storm hits Sydney. I just woke up getting ready for work this morning when I realize the dark orange light coming through our window. I looked out and saw this amazing but somewhat scary view. At first I thought it was heavy fog but then I check my 3 phone for news and I realize it was dust storm.
"A huge dust storm blanketed parts of the state yesterday as gale-force winds and cricket ball-sized hail ravaged NSW. Strong winds ripped through Canberra and Broken Hill, kicking up dust about 3.40pm, turning sky red and then black within minutes." (p.3,The Daily Telegraph, 23 September 2009)

When using flash you need to step down the aparture because the camera tend to overexposed when using this lens to shoot with flash which I found to be good because I can use higher number f-stop to get a sharper image.
